The grilling of meat can produce potentially harmful substances such as heterocyclic amines (HCAs) or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), which have been linked to a higher risk of certain diseases. Fibre can help to partially bind these substances in the digestive tract! It also contributes to satiety, promotes healthy digestion and maintains stable blood sugar levels. So don’t neglect fibre when grilling!

🤝 HOW TO DO PROPER TIME MANAGEMENT WITHIN A BUSINESS? 🧠
How do you do that? Top leader Michal Karmazín will be happy to answer!
📌 Remember that most of the time that we burn inefficiently (dead time) most often people 👥 “spend” e.g. travelling (commuting) in traffic etc., then by activities that are not important (these are various habits or activities that do not earn us money and on the contrary consume it) and then by jumping from one activity to another, when we try to do several things at the same time, but the results do not come anywhere because we do nothing properly.
📌 So I recommend to cut the ballast from your activities first (e.g. don’t travel when we have Zooms 🔍, stop doing activities that only cost money and nothing from it, get rid of bad habits and procrastination) and then choose activities that earn you money and set aside hours and days that will be literally sacred. Even if anything happens, you just don’t care and go with the plan.
📌 Don’t jump from activity to activity, one day I am doing e.g. outreach📱, the next day I am just mainly finishing the business meetings so that I don’t forget anyone and there is no one I would not come back to. I run my business and my life and no one else. Be the directors of your life. Those who do not direct will be directed by others. You don’t want that, do you?
