It will probably come as no surprise that taking care of the gut microbiome should not be underestimated. It can be influenced by many factors. Which ones are they exactly? And you can find out how to take the best care of your microbiome in this newsletter.

Did you know that 80% of immunity is in the gut?
Meals: Whether we want it or not, a balanced and varied diet will always play a role in the proper care of our microbiome. It is also important not to forget about enough fiber and fermented foods (sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, kefir, yogurt, acidophilus milk, etc.).
Movement & Sleep: Adequate sleep and exercise are probably unavoidable in a happy microbiom. It is usually recommended to sleep 7-8 hours a day. It is also advisable to go to bed and go to sleep at a similar time.
Watch out for stress: Try to incorporate more activities that make you happy into your routine, try yoga, nature walks or anything else that can put a smile on your face.
