The fermentation process is difficult to control because the multiplication of microorganisms takes place exponentially. As a result, available nutrients are rapidly consumed and environmental conditions change ( e.g. pH drop), leading to the death of part of the cell population. The resulting fermented product may therefore show low viability of probiotic microorganisms and thus reduced effectiveness in terms of their biological action!

Together we are creating Harmonelo Hope .
This time, we humbly open a new project to support little Divíšek – a six-year-old boy with a severe neurodevelopmental disorder.
His mother Eliška contacted us with a wish that he could continue to attend a special kindergarten, attend the necessary therapies and live a life filled with joy – as much as his condition allows 🌿.
Divisek is a real fighter. Every little progress, every quiet day without a seizure, every trip to the store he makes, represents his personal victory.
We believe that with our collective help, open hearts and the power of community, we can create the next miracle ✨.
