Don’t compare yourselves to anyone else – only to yourselves!
Always do everything you want everyone on your team to do
Be a role model and set an example for others – people follow people who teach others (if you don’t know something, learn it and then put it into practice immediately)
Obstacles and rejections are part of the path to success. Failure and rejection are just opportunities to improve next time.
