What will you need?
▫️apple or pear
▫️ handful of fresh baby spinach or young chard
▫️ 100 ml kefir or white yoghurt (can be vegetable)
▫️ spoonful of flaxseed
▫️ a little honey or chicory syrup (to taste)
▫️ 1 scoop Harmonelo Green
Procedure
Blend everything together until smooth, pour into a bowl and garnish. You can use seasonal fruits such as strawberries or blueberries 🍓🫐 🥣 , as well as fresh herbs such as mint to garnish.

Today on the topic: where to get new contacts?
Everywhere. Literally anywhere!
🚀 Contacts are all around us – none of us live in a vacuum. We are part of a world full of people, and it’s up to us to tap into that potential or let it lie fallow. Let’s not forget that we can make new contacts not only in the offline world, but also online. We live in a digital age where we are all globally connected all the time – this brings not only challenges but also huge opportunities.
💡 The positive? Each of us today has access to an almost unlimited number of new contacts. The ideal habit is to add new contacts to your list regularly – for example, at least two new contacts every day. In this way we get a steady stream of new opportunities to build relationships, business or collaborations.
💡 How to get new contacts? Our goal is to consciously have as many communications as possible with different people, with the intention of getting to know them, finding out more about them and, most importantly, getting any contact they have for later communication.
🚀 When we have a contact with someone, we can later find out through further communication if we could be of any use to each other. Once we find a need in the contact that we could address through HARMONELO, we then make a properly worded offer to work together.
So where to start? We start building a list of new contacts where trust is greatest – in the family. Next come friends and acquaintances, then referral contacts, and finally people we haven’t met yet (strangers).
