✨ EASTER RECIPE WITH HARMONELO FLEXI
Because Flexi is even better!
🥚 Colourful stuffed eggs with herbs:
Ingredients:
6 eggs, 1 beetroot (for colouring), 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 3 tbsp fresh cheese, 1 clove garlic, fresh chives, a scoop and a half of Harmonelo Flexi (beef collagen), salt and pepper to taste.
Procedure:
👉 Tip: For a more interesting presentation, you can dye some of the eggs in beetroot and leave some natural. Hard boil the eggs (about 8-10 minutes from the boiling point). After boiling, immediately cool them in cold water and peel them carefully. Prepare a beetroot bath – finely grate the beetroot and pour a little water over it. Dip the peeled eggs into this bath and leave them to colour to the desired shade (about 30 minutes to several hours, depending on the desired intensity of the colour). Garnish with fresh chives.
👉 Cut the dyed eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Mash the yolks with a fork and mix with: mayonnaise, fresh cheese, crushed garlic, finely chopped chives, Harmonelo Flexi, salt and pepper to taste. Fill the egg whites with the resulting mixture (you can use a pastry bag for a more elegant look).
👉 Thanks for the great recipe to Harmonelaka Kačka Tichá, who also says: 🌱 Don’t mess it up like I did. Cold eggs in cold water and then let them cool in that water = that you can’t peel them at all ➡️ but they still get dusty ☺️.
