The new year is here. What do you think is the best way to start it off to keep your efficiency high not only in January but also throughout the year?
” For me, the new year is always less about a fast start and more about the right direction. High efficiency doesn’t come from going all out from day one, but from being clear about why we’re doing it. If one doesn’t know where one is going and what kind of life one wants to live in the long run, energy gets depleted very quickly. That’s why I think it’s crucial to start the new year by getting clear on my own why, my personal vision and the reason why I want to build Harmonelo right here and right now.
The second crucial thing is to understand the difference between goals and system. Goals may motivate you in the short term, but only the system holds long-term effectiveness. And that is where I see the great strength of Harmonel for the years to come. We have a modern multi-lingual system, education that works, and a world-class presence ready to take global action with products (even without preservatives and unnecessary chemistry) blessed with a Harmonelo Scientific Council of 6 scientists with their own labs and in-house production.
We have a proven unchanged compensation plan (valid also from crossline) that is still the same 6 years since the company was founded => stability and reliability => future. All of this together creates not just a business opportunity, but a very stable foundation that you can lean on every day, regardless of your current mood or motivation. And we still have another Harmonelo Business Trip 2026 to come – congratulations to all the winners and we look forward to seeing you at the 16th Harmonelo Academy. 🙂
But back to long-term effectiveness. Efficiency in practice, in my opinion, means being able to choose one really important thing every day that will move you, your team or the whole business forward. It’s not about doing a little bit of everything all the time, but doing the essentials consistently. One presentation, one conversation, one quality meeting a day can make a huge difference in a year, compared to chaotic activity with no direction.
How to know the right activity? It is the one that is linked to making you money – we still live in a material world and no one will pay the costs for you. In our business, the main thing is to help other people, of course, but you also need to earn money to be able to dedicate yourself fully to this mission in the long term.
The Harmonelo opportunity is the perfect chance for anyone interested in creating something big without a huge financial investment, because here you have everything ready to go – just take everything you’ve done and tell the world about it. And most importantly, keep going regardless of whether you get a YES or a NO, because our work is all about collecting NOs, where for every NO, another YES is closer.
The environment in which you operate is also a very important element of long-term performance. If your goal is small, your energy will quickly run out. But if you’re part of something bigger, something that has an overarching and global ambition, it can keep you going even when things aren’t going well. I personally see Harmonelo as a project that gives people the opportunity to be part of something that has a long-term vision and real impact – after all, we are now a billion-dollar company that offers not only stability and a secure base, but also a friendly pro-distributor management system, which was always my main intention when we founded Harmonelo.
In closing, I would like to say one key leadership thought that I think is important and I believe can help many of our great leaders. A leader starts the year not so much by asking how much money he or she will make, but rather by asking who does he or she need to become to be an asset to his or her team, his or her family, and those around him or her? If one focuses on their growth, character and ability to lead others, results will come as a natural consequence of that effort. This is how I believe high performance is maintained not only in January, but throughout the year. We are incredibly proud of all of our Harmonelo members who have chosen this path and are excited to be the right platform to unleash your potential.
I wish you that this New Year will be a year of peace in your mind, strength in your heart and courage to go after what you may have been thinking about for a long time, but have not yet given it full space. That you wake up in the morning with a sense of purpose and fall asleep at night knowing that what you are doing is of value not only to you, but also to those around you.
I wish you health that allows you to function to the fullest, relationships that you can lean on, and an inner balance that will help you weather the more challenging times. May you be able to find joy in the small daily steps and not lose sight of the big vision for which you have embarked on this journey.
I wish you every success in what you are building. That your time, energy and work will produce results you will be proud of. May you grow not only financially but also humanly. That you can look back and tell yourself that this year has moved you closer to the life you want to live. And above all, I wish you to not be afraid to trust yourself, your decisions and the path you are on. May you have a prosperous year and may this new year be truly harmonious for you!”
