✨ There are some stories that are worth mentioning as they can be great inspiration. One of them is the one from Petra Hanakova from Sumperk, who became a new Head (GOLD) in our company HARMONELO.
✨ Her story is not only an inspiration, but also an example of indomitable inner strength, determination and belief that everything is possible!
🚀 HOW did it all start?

“Good evening, I’m going to the academy tomorrow on my own. Is there a chance to meet up for 15 minutes or so? I need some advice on how to start again.”

“Hello, the academy was great and gave me the courage to start again and do better. I would need consultation and guidance on what and how to start doing to bring in co-workers and not just self-customers to my team.”
“That moment when people feel alone, most people close the door and give up. But Mrs. Petra is a different story. 🚀 HOW did it turn out?
“Mrs. Petra went day by day step by step – I didn’t do any work for her, I didn’t give her any contact, she went completely independently according to the teachings, advice, and knowhow that is available to everyone in HARMONELO. (By the way, just a side note: Today we even have an EDU system where you can consult with my clone in 30 languages…) “.
Ms. Petra was not stopped by the fact that her direct sponsor was not working with her, nor by the feeling that she was left to do everything on her own, nor was she stopped by rejection or the words no, nor was she stopped by any fears, anxieties, blocks, or the fact that she had never done this kind of work. She just when she didn’t know something she asked, she took everything we have here and just went to the market and used it, and reported the result to me, and when needed we broke it down to make Ms. Petra better and better.
Today, Mrs. Petra is officially GOLD ManagerShe is attending tomorrow’s leadership meeting and is part of the strategic development of our joint project. And it is only the result of her work – 100% of her own merit!

In the last newsletter we revealed a new section and today we will follow it up with 🔥. We continue our interview with the top leader Michal Karmazin himself.
1) Where do you get inspiration for your business? My inspiration for continually working on myself is the people around me, whether they are networkers, employees, associates, or even other entrepreneurs outside of the company who have made something happen. The resume of each of them is an inspiration to me, and I am grateful that we can share and soak all of this up with each other exactly as we have chosen of our own free will to do 🙂.
2) Is there anything you would do better today at the start of your business and why? Yes, I would definitely give less energy and time to the less right people, i.e. people who don’t want to – grow, learn, educate themselves, work on themselves, are negative, see only the problems they point out, but don’t look for solutions, etc… I lost too much time with them before, which I should have given to people who would have appreciated my time, advice, experience, support more, but that’s a tribute to life and everyone has their own path, so everything had a purpose 🙂.
