- 4 apples (unpeeled, cut into smaller pieces)
 - 2 cups unsweetened kefir
 - 1/2 cup cereal flakes
 - 1/4 cup chopped nuts
 - 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - chicory syrup for flavouring
 - 20 ml Harmonelo Vitality
 
🔸Progress:
- Mix the chopped apples with kefir, flakes, nuts, flaxseed, lemon juice, nutmeg, salt and Harmonel Vitality. Store in the refrigerator overnight. Serve lightly drizzled with chicory syrup.
