  • 4 apples (unpeeled, cut into smaller pieces)
  • 2 cups unsweetened kefir
  • 1/2 cup cereal flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • chicory syrup for flavouring
  • 20 ml Harmonelo Vitality


  • Mix the chopped apples with kefir, flakes, nuts, flaxseed, lemon juice, nutmeg, salt and Harmonel Vitality. Store in the refrigerator overnight. Serve lightly drizzled with chicory syrup.
