WHAT DO YOU NEED?<\/h2>\n\n

\n Background:<\/mark>\n<\/strong> 4 eggs ( 2 egg yolks), erythritol (flour), 2 tablespoons beetroot powder, 200 g semi-skimmed cottage cheese, 80 g protein cookies, 1 tablespoon oil. <\/p>\n\n

Refill:<\/mark> 2x measuring cup \n Harmonelo Colostrum<\/mark>\n<\/strong>, 250 g fat curd, 1 vanilla soy pudding. <\/p>\n\n

PROCEDURE:<\/h2>\n\n

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and brush the baking paper with oil. Beat the egg whites and then add the erythritol and beetroot powder, beating at lower speed. Next add: 2 egg yolks, cottage cheese and protein. Brush with baking paper and bake for about 12 minutes. Then flip onto the second baking sheet while the roll is still warm and fill. Roll up and let cool.<\/p>\n\n
