You only need 3 ingredients + Harmonelo Probio. We can be done in 5 minutes (maybe not even that). Mash the strawberries, add chia seeds (1 tablespoon depending on the amount of strawberries \ud83c\udf53) and two scoops of Harmonelo Probio. Let it swell. Then shape the patties and put them on baking paper. Place in the freezer for a while. Then coat the patties with melted good quality chocolate and decorate with strawberries (freeze-dried).
